Retreat packages for corporates to build wellbeing

From glamping with ocean views to an off-grid forest lodge, New Zealand corporates are being offered retreat packages to help build strategic wellbeing in the wake of the Covid-19 lockdown.

Featuring some of New Zealand’s prime locations, the range of corporate retreats have been designed for companies keen to re-engage their teams after the lockdown.

Event management company Lime & Soda is partnering with three distinctive properties through New Zealand, ranging from cliff-top glamping to an off-grid forest lodge and tipi-style camping with mountain views.

Lime & Soda business events general manager Debra Dufty said: “After Covid-19, lockdowns, and remote working, it is more important than ever to rebuild, reconnect and get re-energised together as a team. And that is exactly what we aim to do for companies and their staff on these retreats.”

The flexi packages are designed within the framework of two retreat styles: Strategic Wellbeing, or Reset and Revitalise.

The Strategic Wellbeing Retreats are designed for senior and executive management level and are all steered by a professional Strategy and Performance Facilitator. Dynamic group workshops can be included on topics such as developing leadership skills, effective communication strategies, creating accountability in a team, and successful marketing processes and actions.

The Reset and Revitalise Retreats are an opportunity to create team cohesiveness or use as an incentive to reward high-achieving staff. An extensive range of adrenalin-fuelled adventure and fun team pursuits is mixed together with an ‘eat, play, renew’ philosophy.

Lime & Soda’s creative event management team are part of the Leisure Time Group. The Hamilton-based company operates five other travel and event brands.
