Good Local Media is an independently owned and operated publishing company with publications in Waikato, Bay of Plenty and King Country. We pride ourselves on keeping locals connected with what’s going on in our neighbourhoods – whether it’s big news or small, if it’s important to the community then it’s important to us.

Cambridge News, King Country News and Te Awamutu News – published every Thursday – celebrate the many positive aspects of the Waipā, Ōtorohanga and Waitomo districts and the people living here.

King Country Farmer and Country Life – published monthly on the third Thursday as inserts to Cambridge News, King Country News and Te Awamutu News.

Waikato Business News – published monthly – has been recognised as the Waikato region’s voice of local business for more than 25 years. During that time the monthly business newspaper has established a reputation for connecting and informing business people and businesses of all sizes.

Bay of Plenty Business News – published monthly, guarantees the latest news and best advice from the region’s trusted voice. It has been publishing since 2016 and was launched as a companion to Waikato Business News.

Waipa Home & Leisure Show – Waipa Home and Leisure Show is a boutique annual home and lifestyle show, the second weekend of May, at Mighty River Domain, Lake Karapiro. The show hours are Fri- Sat 10am to 4pm and Sun 10am to 3pm, showcasing the best of the region’s local businesses, along with professional show exhibitors travelling from show to show throughout NZ. There is something for everyone, interior and exterior home related products, new builds and renovations, artisan foods and beverages, health products, gifts and leisure pursuits. Make a day of it, come along enjoy the show and a walk/bike ride along the Mighty Waikato.
