Waikato real estate agency Lugtons has maintained a good run of Australasian awards with a haul of three in 2019.
The Hamilton-based firm won both company and agent awards at the 2019 Australasian Real Estate Results Awards in Sydney, taking out:
• Australasian regional company of the year
• Australasian sales performer of the year (Jack Ramasamy)
• New Zealand agent of the year (Wei Sen Chow)
It’s not the first time Lugtons has enjoyed success at the Australasian Real Estate Results Awards, run by The Real Estate Results Network (RER). The company has previously been named both 2016 and 2017 Regional Agency of the Year.
Lugtons is a family owned-and-operated business and has been in Waikato’s real estate market for more than 60 years.
Claire Lugton believes the company’s success comes down to the solid relationships the organisation builds with its agents, clients and wider communities.

Lugtons is made up of over 65 agents and has offices throughout Hamilton and Cambridge.
