Finding the perfect space for your next business event just got a lot easier with the relaunch of H3’s website.
The refreshed site, h3group.co.nz, features a new search function, allowing clients to easily filter, view and select suitable business event spaces across H3’s suite of venues.
Melissa Williams, H3’s Business Development and Sales Manager – Business Events, says the venue group is always looking at ways to ease and enhance its clients’ event planning journey.
“Our newly modified website allows clients to search and filter spaces precisely to suit their event requirements. With 35 spaces available across our three venues, event organisers will be able to find a range of spaces that perfectly suits their needs without having to leave their desk,” she says.
When event organisers arrive on the website they are greeted with simple and user-friendly search
functions.
They can then select from a range of event types and enter their approximate event attendee numbers to identify suitable spaces located across Claudelands Conference & Exhibition Centre, FMG Stadium Waikato and Seddon Park.
“The search functions are especially exciting because it allows clients to easily discover spaces they might not have known ever existed in our venues before.” says Williams.
“Virtual tours are also available on the website for many of our rooms, so clients can get a really good feel for the spaces before they make a decision on what venues would work best for their event.”
H3’s latest campaign “Meet your space” is centred around the new website search function and the
client experience when searching for business event spaces at H3.
“It is all about making things easier for event organisers – from their initial visit to our website and enquiring with our team, through to booking their ideal space and holding their event, we want the whole experience with H3 to be as simple and seamless as possible.” says Williams.
