New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty’s newest real estate team bring a driving force of local knowledge and a passion for real estate to their Tamahere Village location.
Having lived and worked in the local area for close to a decade, the pair knew that New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty was the right fit and a natural progression for their real estate aspirations.
“We are passionate about real estate and just as passionate about our community.
“New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty offers a very exciting opportunity for us to align with a true international brand with a rich heritage deeply imbedded into its history,” Angela enthuses.
The husband and wife team are able to provide a premium package to their clients that offers an extensive reach.
“With New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty having 1000 offices in 75 countries we are delighted to be able to showcase our client’s beautiful homes to the world.
“As well, we offer the ultimate real estate experience by working closely with our clients every step of the way,” Angela says.
Paramount to their service is understanding their clients’ journey, their hopes and dreams, and their future plans.
“Our aim is to redefine how real estate sale and purchase happens; offering an elevated service for our clients,” Angela says.
“We make it our goal to get to them where they need to be.”
Their motto – support local, live local and love local – is firmly at the centre of everything they do and the dynamic duo is passionate about supporting local businesses.
“With the onset of Covid, it has been even more important than ever to support these neat little businesses who have been there for us during our various lockdowns.”
Expansion into the Waikato market was an obvious move for the pair, Angela says, offering clients another choice and the reach of a globally recognised brand is essential to putting Waikato firmly on the map.
“We feel the timing is right to grow the New Zealand Sotheby’s brand in the Waikato, it is after all a fabulous and thriving location being part of the golden triangle between Auckland, Tauranga and Hamilton.
“Businesses and commerce are growing into the area.”
New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty’s entered the New Zealand real estate market in 2005 with its first office Queenstown. The company expanded into Wanaka, Arrowtown, Hawkes Bay, Waiheke Island and North shore.
Russell and Angela are proud that the Tamahere Village office will be the 20th office in New Zealand.
“It’s very exciting for us to align with a true international brand with a rich heritage deeply imbedded into its history.”
