Will the Hamilton World Rugby Sevens event be a success?


Hamilton has landed a leg of the World Rugby Sevens and will host the event for at least two years from February next year. The event in Wellington has foundered and the New Zealand Rugby Union is hoping a change of location will re-energise the event. Will it be a success?

Last months results: Is this Chefs squad good enough to win the 2017 Super Rugby title?

Chiefs rugby fans are almost evenly split on whether their side can go all the way this year. While they haven’t been winning with the flair and decisiveness of The Crusaders  they’ve still been winning. Just over half of the WBN readers who took part in the poll (53%) still believe the Chiefs are in the hunt.
